Beneath the pyramids of Egypt lies a network of catacombs, hewn chambers, and cave tunnels that were lost for nearly 200 years. They have now been rediscovered and explored for the first time by science and history writer Andrew Collins.

Ever since the age of the pharaohs, stories have circulated concerning the existence beneath the sands of Egypt of a subterranean realm—seen as the Tomb of Osiris and as the underworld through which the souls of the deceased must traverse in order to reach an afterlife among the stars.

Using the newly uncovered memoirs of Henry Salt, the British Consulate General to Egypt in 1816, along with astronomical alignments featuring the constellation of Cygnus, Andrew Collins has found the entrance to a hidden world in what is being hailed as one of the greatest shocks in Egyptology since the finding of Tutankhamun’s tomb.

In the 1920s, it was foretold by American psychic Edgar Cayce that Egypt’s lost “Hall of Records” would be found. Cayce’s predictions have inspired various attempts to locate the entrance to this hall in the vicinity of the Great Sphinx. Has the entrance to the records been found?
